I believe that success is in the details. Russia is a multi-ethnic and multi-regional country. Solutions that work in one case may not work in another.

My main interest is the true nature of things and phenomena. I love working with raw data and building hypotheses. I try to collect as much information as possible, study details, understand goals, link all the information into a logical chain, and propose several decision models.

I believe that each person is an individual and good at something. I strive to identify the strengths of each team member and use them to the maximum extent to achieve the best result.

I am motivated by the opportunity to do something new, to set big goals, to understand why this or that is needed and whether the result helps the people around me.

We often create new experiences for the people around us, and maximum study of the smallest details of what we create can give us goosebumps.
