I am an integrator: I bridge clients, the agency, and sei-katsu-sha—our word for the holistic person—as one.

I am a project manager: I manage and control briefs, production, creative quality, schedules, and budgets.

I am a motivator: I lift my team to enable them to do better things.

I am a balancer: I listen to every voice and value all the input, and try to find the best solution.

I am an ambassador: I liaise closely with our partners and friends all over the world.

When it comes down to it, I am a producer. A producer who makes things happen, globally.

Oh, and I am also a father. A father to an eight-year-old daughter who is obsessed with video games.
