Push digital boundaries:
As CEO of Winter Egency, I can’t deny that digital transformation and disruption impact our business and our lives. To prepare to face these challenges, there are only three essentials I believe in: change, people and trust.
Change
When we change the way we cope with a challenge, when our intentions are positive and powerful, when we search only for the good for our team and clients, when we respond swiftly to the fast-paced digital world, our work realizes the amazing results it was designed to. Change always brings opportunity. That’s why I have enjoyed the challenge here at Winter Egency so much since the beginning of my journey here in 2011.
People
People are at our heart. We always invest in our staff, as they are our most valuable assets. The emergence of digital was driven by the young generation. That’s why we groom our people not only to be leaders of the company, but also to provide thought leadership in our industry. The heart of the success of our business is the right blend of talent, motivation and leadership.
Trust
Trust is crucial. We are evolving from conventional to digital, hierarchy to humanity, competition to collaboration, profit to mutual benefit, enemy to community, and agency-client relationships to partnerships. Trusting relationships enable us to create beautiful yet tangible solutions and make a better digital society.
Trust, change, people: these three elements are the not-so-secret formula that I push as the norm at Winter Egency. Like our motto, Push Digital Boundaries, we keep exploring the boundaries of success and continuously extend those boundaries further.
With the pandemic, 2020 was a challenging year, but we succeeded and pushed the boundaries by winning three major awards at Campaign’s Agency of the Year Awards.
But that’s only the end of the beginning of our success.
