Collaborate and innovate:
Hakuhodo BCI & eNAV: A culture of family and curiosity
I am inspired by the team I serve. I believe it is in true collaboration among members unified by the same vision that extraordinary innovation happens. The BCI and eNAV families come together in curiosity, with a common obsession for superior experiences—now enriched by data marketing, a discipline that excites us as we discover and grow together. This, I believe, will continue to drive our differentiation.
I think that collaboration means more than just working side by side. True collaboration requires mutual trust. Trust that all of us will show up for each other. Trust that each one will do whatever it takes to deliver disruptive output and brilliant service. True collaboration also requires mutual respect: for differences, personas, ideas. And, when done right, true collaboration has the power to help us all take flight, to achieve, discover and innovate.
We have created an environment where purposeful innovation thrives. Where hypotheses and prototyping are encouraged. A safe place where failures are not mistakes, but more like seeds that die to grow. I am so thrilled when people’s minds open up. When they are open to trying something they haven’t done before, to drawing inspiration from their own experiences, and then building on it, owning it, and driving insane targeting and optimized performance.
Becoming a member of the Hakuhodo family has confirmed for me that we value the right things. Learning from close collaboration with regional teams has proven our belief that anything is possible if we work together. And it is my dream that one day our own people will lead collaborations and innovations in other teams as well.
