Dive into the ocean! : 

Diving into a world you don’t know always entails risk. But, if there is no risk, there is no return.

It’s been 10 years since I dived into India. What I’ve found is that when I am tempted to hesitate, I should just dive in. It’s almost too late to try to dive in after preparations are complete. If you’re the last in, it will already be a red ocean.

I believe in myself, believe in my team and dive in first. When the first penguin to dive in does well, there will always be divers that follow. Positive thinkers bring more positive fellows. We create a totally fresh idea by working together. Everybody becomes equal. It doesn’t matter what your background is or where you come from, if you have passion and a dream, that’s all that matters. I am not peculiarly talented. I just love hard work. It’s an obsession.

Meeting new thoughts and values ​​and creating new relationships through friendly competition and friction: this is my motivation.

Today, my goal is to overcome organizational barriers, transcend companies, and build positive relationships with you.
