Embracing creativity, resilience and sincerity:
Creativity? It’s the thing that keeps me up at night, in a good way. It’s like this itch you can’t scratch, the constant “what if?” that buzzes in your head. And resilience? As a woman, I’ve learned that gentleness and strength can coexist. I’m full of emotion, but I’m not fragile. Through the years, I’ve built a muscle of resilience and unwavering spirit, not of brute force. Sincerity? It’s the compass that guides me, the voice inside that tells me to be true to myself and to others.
To me, great work doesn’t just fall into your lap. You find a way from “is this even possible?” to “let’s make it happen.” That’s where creativity, resilience, and sincerity become essential. Creativity sparks the vision, but it’s resilience that fuels the journey, pushing us through the inevitable setbacks and challenges. And sincerity? That’s about giving your best with genuine intention, because when you do, it resonates. It builds trust with your team and your partners (clients), because they know you’re invested. That’s the foundation of real collaboration. By combining all three with the profound understanding of people Hakuhodo’s Sei-katsu-sha Insight philosophy brings, we drive impact and meaningful results.
As an ECD at Wolf BKK, I’m not a North Star. I’m a wolf running barefoot with the pack. Sometimes I lead, leaving wolf tracks to help my team navigate challenging terrain. Other times I step back, empowering them to surge forward, while I remain vigilant, watching their backs. I believe in fostering a collaborative spirit, where shared strength and genuine connection drive us to achieve the extraordinary.
