Pushing the envelope of creativity and inspiring people to create:
My job is to inspire people to create. It is no easy thing to get up every morning and push myself to stick to my core task: inspiring my teams at Wolf BKK and Hakuhodo International Thailand. But this constant pushing gives me a reason to go to work, to do the best I can and to look forward to the results.
I have a passion to create a company that people want to wake up and go to work for. A company that the team can be proud of. It is crucial that every person on the team is aware of their share of the success of every work we deliver. My inspiration comes from everyone around me and from the advertising world. I hope that one day our network will attract the very best global talent in the industry.
As technology becomes more prevalent in the creative field and the lines between creativity and technology blur, I believe it is essential to be in touch with our own humanity. This is why I am fascinated by human beings and am on a continuous quest to learn more about them. As we continue to evolve, change to the current context is inevitable. Technology is here and will continue to be here but knowledge and cutting-edge technology will be worthless without a clear understanding of the human beings they are to serve.
My passion and inspiration to go further have, over the past five years, helped Wolf BKK achieve #4 most awarded agency in Thailand in Campaign Brief Asia’s THE WORK 2022, significantly up on our #8 position in 2021. We also ranked #12 in THE WORK 2022 Asia Hot List. Wolf BKK also won a Grande award at ADFEST 2021 and was proud to contribute to Hakuhodo’s first ever Network of the Year win at ADFEST 2021.
